Choose relevance over repetition
A thoughtful client gift can reflect an actual shared interest. Wine is appropriate for some relationships and unsuitable for others, so avoid assuming every recipient wants alcohol. Give people an easy alternative and check your organization’s gift policy before developing a list. A smaller, considered group of recipients is easier to serve well than a large list assembled without preferences, delivery details, or an understanding of who wants to participate.
Build the brief before requesting a quote
Prepare the number of recipients, broad destinations, desired arrival period, total budget, and whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of a team. Decide whether you want one shipment or a series. A guided online component may be useful, but a private corporate session is a different requirement from joining a general tasting. Label that requirement explicitly rather than assuming a subscription includes a dedicated host.
Know what is currently available
Society Selections is in development at $295 per quarterly collection. Corporate quantities, discounts, custom branding, invoicing, consolidated fulfillment, and private sessions have not been confirmed. Its interest form collects individual interest and a US state; it is not a bulk-order portal. Do not upload a recipient address list through it. Begin with your own contact details and evaluate a specific proposal only when a licensed seller and program are confirmed.
Society Selections: the planned collection
Society Selections is being developed at $295 per quarter for four wines, a guided online tasting with a recording, tasting notes, producer stories, and food pairings. It is separate from the $495 quarterly NYC event membership. Final wines, host, licensed seller, shipping charges, taxes, and enrollment terms will be confirmed before orders open. Joining the interest list is free, takes no payment, and does not reserve a collection.
