Information you share

We collect your name, email, and any optional neighborhood, interests, or referral details you submit. For Society Selections and the Bottle Shop, we also collect your US state, product interest, and referral or campaign information to plan launch availability and respond to your interest. We also record your age confirmation and permission to contact you about the product you requested. Please do not submit payment information through the invitation form.

How it is used

We use this information to respond to your request, develop the founding program, and administer membership. Requesting an invitation does not enroll you in a paid subscription. We do not sell your invitation information.

Payments and storage

When paid enrollment opens, Stripe will process checkout and subscription billing. The Society does not receive your complete card number. Membership requests and billing records are stored by our hosting and database providers for administration.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your invitation request, or stop membership invitation or Selections messages, by emailing support@winetasting.nyc. Records required for an active membership or financial administration may need to be retained.

Age and tracking

The Society is for adults 21 and older. This website does not currently include advertising trackers. Hosting providers may retain technical logs for operation and security.
